Shipping FAQ

When do you ship online orders? We ship all online orders every Monday.

What is the order cutoff time? Orders placed by Friday at 4 PM CST are included in the following Monday’s shipment. Orders placed after that cutoff roll into the next week’s shipment.

Can you ship on other days besides Monday? Sometimes, yes! If you’re hoping to receive your order sooner, please reach out. The reason we stick to Monday shipping is to prevent packages from sitting in transit over the weekend.

Who do you ship with? All orders are shipped with UPS. They provide reliable service and tracking so you can follow your package from our door to yours.

Do you use dry ice? We offer the option to ship your order with dry ice and an insulated box for an additional $15. 

How will I know when my order ships? As soon as your package leaves our facility, you’ll receive an email with your UPS tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.
